    Ubishop

    Hello,

    I received a redeem code for AC3 with my nvidia graphics card, but the ubishop does not work for me. If I go to ubishop it asks me if my native language is Dutch or French, if I click an option it just goes back to the same page asking me my language again. (neither French or Dutch works)

    I had no idea where to report this so I hope there are some ubisoft employees active on this forum. It is the Belgian version of ubishop that doesn't work by the way.

    Make sure that you clear your web browser's cache and also try another browser if that doesn't work. Are you receiving an error when you attempt to redeem the code?

    I didn't think of using a different browser, works with internet explorer thanks. Now I filled in my code and ordered the game nothing errored, doesn't show on my games yet but I think it just takes a bit of time to.
