key binding nightmare. Clearly this game was designed for console. So pissed to have spent $60 for something utterly unplayable.
Even using std key bindings cannot escape first attack - what is 'mashup'? How to fight back. Used every possible key combo, nothing works.
Crushed. :/

Could you please elaborate on that mate?, are you really saying that because you can't bind a key on your computer keyboard a video game is made for the XBOX 360 or a PS3?.Originally Posted by Fred8kins Go to original post
For me too, I still dont get it why they didnt made the 3rd person view for driving.Originally Posted by Bentleysuper8 Go to original post
I actually prefer the first person for driving but, while consoles can use the joystick to steer with analogue precision, PC are stuck with full left or full right on keys, even mouse control for steering would have been better.Originally Posted by RAPT0R0 Go to original post
hi, just after the first scene as you exit the tunnel one of the bad guys drops down on you to stab you. A message flashes on the screen to either hold or mashup. First off what the hell does 'mashup' mean? Second of all no amount of different key combos can allow me to fight back. I end up stabbed everytime. I have used the default keys and my usual preferred keys and it does not work.
I was already disappointed with the Far Cry 1 graphics but still excited to play the game but I just cannot get past this early stage of the game.
FC3 was clearly made for console and Ubisoft should have just left it that way. :/
I also would love to have 3rd person view - ( For the character. Not for driving). That would be outstanding.Originally Posted by mrtmrc Go to original post
But anyway the game works perfectly fine for me. Not broken for me at all. I love this game so much. A true masterpiece.
It's called quick time. Just press the space bar very rapidly. Wasn't so hard, was it?Originally Posted by Fred8kins Go to original post
Why are people always so quick to criticize the game?
