Close Sapphire Trixx, including if it's in the tray icons; While trying to play Far Cry 3 and report back.Originally Posted by Bohica2 Go to original post
I have the exact same crash as the above poster with no Sapphire Trixx. If I change the gamerprofile settings as listed in your 1st post I get a Farcry3.exe crash faulting the FC3.dll instead of the fc3_d3d11.dll. When I first installed the game I got it to crash after the initial splash when trying to launch story mode. Now after a reinstall it crashes on the 1st splash screen.Originally Posted by EternalCore Go to original post
No known overlays. I have re-installed multiple times. Using GTX 560 with 310.90 drivers (have tried multiple drivers, no change).
Hello, I have a problem. My game is always crashing after 3 or 5 minutes of gameplay.
I juste have the screen freezing and no response.
I have tested the step 5 but apparently it's not that.
So here's my config :
Windows 8 Professionnel (X64)
Intel Core i7 3610QM Cadencé à 2.30 GHz
8 Go DDR3 798.32 MHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M
I've bought the game on Steam.
I hope you can help me.

Read and follow Solution 1 on the 1st post of this thread!Originally Posted by esiao Go to original post
The error "Exception Code: c0000005" is a Generic error with multiple causes and the person you quoted has a laptop so he isn't using SLI!!!Originally Posted by gamRdude Go to original post

It looks like your game files are missing and or corrupt, so Try Solution 6 on the 1st post of this thread.
Also read #3 at the bottom of Solution 1.
The files are not missing or corrupt. I had this same issue when configuring both exe's to run in compatibility mode w/ the other settings etc etc.Originally Posted by EternalCore Go to original post
