    Oh, there it is... But there is no solution for that? Far Cry 3 is the only game I have any issues. There is something I can do about that? But I dont want to buy a new one, lol. Thx man,

If you do a simple search on any game with the AMD FX CPU's you'll see that everyone who has one is encountering major issues with gaming on that CPU....
    I google my processor and Far Cry 3, some people are running the game perfectly. Im almost crying here, lol

    EternalCore,

    I somehow managed to fix the problem, though I'm sure what exactly did it.

    I uninstalled Far Cry 3 (from steam) and deleted the remaining folder, then uninstalled uplay and deleted any traces of it from regedit. Afterwards, I re-installed Far Cry 3 from steam, then installed ubisoft game launcher. Since I've done that, it has been working perfectly. Running it in Dx9 for a bit to see how it is (at 50-70 FPS on ultra). Will try DX11 later on.

    I played for a good 3 hours and not a single crash. Thank you for the help!

    Ah okay good to know, So then what happened was a failed install of Uplay and FC3 the first time it installed, which is what I suspected earlier. Your Welcome, Enjoy the game.

    Can you tell me how to delete all traces of Uplay with regedit? I will try this...

    Use CCleaner after you remove the game and Uplay here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
