Desktop. This is literally the only game I own that does not start up. (League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, Planetside 2, Total War Shogun 2 all run fine)

Okay, your issue is most likely that the game or your OS is trying to use the Intel GPU instead of the AMD GPU; To fix that you need to disable the intel video gpu, so you need to reboot and go into your bios settings and disable it in there. If you need help doing that search google to get an idea of where the setting is.

After it is disabled your OS should only be using the AMD GPU and then your game should run.

Let us know how it goes.

P.S. knowing your Motherboard make and model would help find it instantly.

In the BIOS there is an option to have it set on either on board, PCI, or PCI Express. Currently it's on PCI Express and I still can't beat the splash screen .

Would it work to just disable it in device manager? Also I have an Unknown device that shows up in device manager and, if I uninstall it, it will reappear after reboot (as unknown device). I don't know if that has anything to do with my problem but I thought I'd mention it.

You have to repeatedly hit the F2 button right after the computer goes beep until you enter the bios.

Selecting the Startup slot for a video card is Not the same as disabling the onboard GPU.....

I disabled it in device manager and still got the error. It was the only way to disable it, There is no option in the BIOS.

Disabling it in the device manager is not the same as disabling it in your bios..... And there is always a way to disable onboard additional features in the bios.....Look under "Integrated Peripherals".

@ALL: here's a video of how the game should look and work if you have an ultra capable computer and you've used the fixes I posted:

I tried every fix mentioned here but still having random ctd´s. Thanks anyway.

Btw showing off gameplay on ultra without fps seems kinda useless. I noticed frame drops watching the first 15 seconds.
