You juggle with all kinds of AA (gaming on a NVIDIA card you can) modes and injectors to get this kind image quality. It is NOT representative of the average jacks visual gaming experience! Well for whatever reason I didn't get any improvement (in fact my performance was worse) and after reading yet another article that said on 500 series cards (like mine...) MSAA vs FXAA had little to no difference in performance, and in some cases more stable under MSAA lol.
In my case my game absolutely smoothed out some but the biggest difference was how much better MSAAx4 made my game look over the FXAA. Using the ingame MSAA my game looks like the screenshots posted by jim2point0
