    Who else sees these artifacts?

I see these artifacts occasionally. I mean exactly these artifacts in exactly the same spots. I didn't record this video and I've seen another 7950 owner mention the same problem.

No, artifacts can be caused by a lot of things. Thats a ridiculous statement that you have no evidence to support.

I am using the latest Beta and cap. Like I said I'm not the only one seeing these exact artifacts and am trying to figure out who else is.

    Is your GPU overclocked?
What are your GPU temps while playing?

    This isn't a hardware issue.

You didn't answer the question. Overclocking a GPU and/or spuriously high GPU temps can both cause artifacts like this.

My cards are water cooled, of course I downclocked my cards when I saw these artifacts, and I don't see this in any other game? Anymore questions?

Its not my video, yet I see the same exact things in the exact same spots. I've seen other people on the forums mention the same issue. So I decided to bring it up on Ubisoft's forums.

FYI artifacts caused by an unstable GPU can appear only in one specific spot, and remain there (and nowhere else) each time the game is loaded up. Artifacting is almost always a hardware and/or drivers issue
