    PC demo available?

Is there a demo available so I can test if my PC can run Farcry 3.?

I already have it on Ps3 and would only buy it at this point if it looks better on my PC. It would be nice to try before buying.

This seems like an appropriate time for, "If you have to ask, you don't need to know".

No, there is no demo. You would be better off posting what sort of components that your PC has. CPU/GPU/PSU/Motherboard/RAM/etc.

Oh thank you!!! Thank you so much for letting me know my PC will do 'just fine'. Sorry I'm interested in seeing exactly how the game runs on my machine, not 'just fine'. Not only that but I can tell you right now that I'm 99% sure my PC will run this game just fine even though the specs are completely wrong. Half *** 'listed specs' from PR people who really have no clue what they're even talking about Oh ya U need Core Duo... Core Duo...Core Duo ... so apparently my Pentium 4 single processor that runs at 4.3 GHZ won't run this game.. Uh huh.. I bet.

As far as I'm concerned not having a demo is nothing more than shady slimy sales tactics and when you put that with their half arses ignorant "Core Duo... U need Core Duo... You go now ! No more water!.... It really makes me begin to wonder what kind of company Ubi has become. Give us a ****ing demo already so we can see if this is some 30 fps f*g fest or a game that lives up the Far Cry name.

Oh so you think that telling someone your specs and them saying that your computer will run it 'just fine' is a responsible response to give to someone? With ALL the myriads of soooooo many problems people have with little quirks with their PC's and why this doesnt work and why there's a problem with the audio and the list goes on and on. The REAL issue is WHY IS THERE NO DEMO??? There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever and the fact becomes EVEN more apparent when the people who do the specs themselves really don't even know what they're talking about and start garbling out "Core Duo... Core Duo'... as if a dual core processor is even REMOTELY required for this game. I mean if they are just going to list computer minimum specs in some drunken stupor based on oh yeah Core Duo! Core Duo! because every game these days needs a dual core computer when half of them don't even use more than one core.... I just think it'd be nice if they gave us a FREAKIN DEMO. Why would you NOT give a demo? Its not like people are going to play a tiny area of the game to see exactly how they're PC handles it and then is going to say ahhhh I've had enough.... dont even need the game anymore.

So once again regarding your high and mighty internet etiquette I think maybe its you who should think twice about opening up that mouth of yours and telling people 'oh yeah your PC can handle it' when there are literally 10's of thousands of people with specs well beyond those listed who are running into as many different kinds of problems with the game... and everyone knows in PC game its you bought the game so **** YOU! You can figure out how to fix it.
