Arcade Mode question
Having a brain dead moment, want to turn Arcade on for somepractice again but I am not having any luck. I know you have to change the value to 1 in the .ini file but if I remember right you have to do something in the in game settings for it towork. Am I remembering that right? Andif so what is it? I have played withview settings but have not put my hand on it.
Did a forum search for Arcade but it did not yield anyresults that were of any use, must notbe doing that right either.

Just the .ini file change should be all you need. In game you'll only see two differences:
- There'll be a persistent glowing dot where each of your bullets hits for about 10 seconds.
- There'll be silly cartoon speech bubbles over other aircraft showing comments from their crews when they get shot at or otherwise feel the need to say something silly.

You know Tully in 11 years I think I only used that once or twice.. That doesn't alter any of your flight parameters correct.. ? It just adds the arrows and balloons..

And it works in multiplayer too, which can be kind of annoying if you forget to turn it off after an offline test session. The speech bubbles can obscure incoming enemy or ground targets at inopportune moments

Yup but I like it for gunnery practice, shows the results ofnon-lethal hits. It is surprising howmany hits can be scored on a plane and it still can fly well.

Lol, the only time I have seen anything mentioned about this feature at M4T was when someone was in a panic that they had broken their game somehow. It definitely made for some interesting screenshots.
