Bought this game like a month ago. At the get go I couldn't connect to my friends and I keep getting "Connection to server lost.." in multiplayer matches. If im lucky I manage to get 1 game out of 10 started but it has gotten to a point that I stopped playing the game. No meaning to waste 1 hour of gaming getting failures to connect to games.
2 days after my purchase I contacted the support after I had done all the suggested troubleshooting, They wasn't really helpful at all. Told me the same suggestions I already had tried. Mailed them back that nothing helped. That was I think 3 weeks ago. Hadn't had a reply from them since. I even had contact with one of the moderators here that was helpful at start but I haven't had any more reply's of the "promised help" either.
The truth is that this is a game of disasters. What's even more annoying is that the moderators seems fine with it. "Contact the support.." "Sorry, for your issues..". How about you start telling what you really think ? Moderators or not, you can't actually think that this is a game in a good state ? We as customers have been mislead and lied to. And no one is taking responsibility. The whole UKRAINE branch of UBISOFT should get fired and never get hired in the industry again.
I understand, you have got our money already and we got JACK ****! That's how it really went down. We could have aswell just burned our money.
All I can say is that if UBISOFT don't step up to the plate with the 1.6 patch, im never going back. And just fixing the obbvious issues with multiplayer isn't enough to convince your customers to trust you again. You need to do something grande. Like releasing all the DLC packs for us for free. That's the least you can do for our troubles. If not... then you just don't really care.
I guess time will tell.
I think what Apw show, is another proof that Tech Support is completly useless, they are pay to give generic responses, and make us losing our time, most of us already know that, but new people doesnt know, tell them to go there when they will not receive any kind of help, its unfair.
I still dont understand whats the big deal to assume the game issues, its impossible that only ubisoft are right and we are all wrong, who think that way? what kind of formation are given to some person, that are paid to help customers, but the only help is say that its customer fault, computer fault, connection fault, every thing fault, but the game is fine.
I dont want free DLC, whats the point without the main game fixed, I want a working game, i want information, but mostly, I want to be respected was person who bought a defected product.
