Hi all,

when i installed far cry 3 and signed up for a U-Play account there was nothing telling me that that u-play name would also be my mulitplayer playing name,
as with other ubi games in past all i did was sign in with my ubi account and make a players profile up in game to set my players name so can any one please tell me can you change players name in game as i would much rather play under my original far cry playing name =|UK|= Bite Me and not my ubi account name gerry4denise,

hi all

how stupid is it that there is no warning that your ubi account name will be your playing name when you sign up for u-play,
i have just phoned far cry 3 tec support to be told that there is no way to change name in far cry 3 or to change u-play account name,
so you get stuck with playing with ubi account name for ever,
this realy sucks there should look into a patch to add profiles in game so we can go back to useing our far cry 1 and 2 playing id's.

Why would you pick a name like that then? I always pick a 'good' name, for everything and anything. Afaik, you got rocked. Contact support.

It is really **** cuz I got some name that doesn't work and I can't use my own account any more
