    Keep getting freezes?

I've frozen twice in 20 minutes now, getting very annoyed, excellent game too Might have to go to assassin's creed 3 but want to finish this first, I also am playing on medium with no AA so I can get the best frame rates on my Radeon 7850, is anyone else getting freezing and what are you running at with what?

I'm having the same issues I was hoping that the new beta driver released yesterday and the new Far Cry update would fix this but no joy my specs are as follows

    mobo: ASRock 970 Extreme3 AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 ATX
    GFX: MSI 7850 Twin Frozr
    RAM: Corsair Memory XMS3 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz CAS 9 Dual Channel
CPU: AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3.6GHz Bulldozer Black Edition
    PSU: OCZ 600 SXS
    OS: Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
    Cooling: Stock

im gonna try lowering my settings now and see it that helps

k ill give that a try but I lowered the overall video quality settings to high the res to 720 with no AA and the alpha to coverage to standard and just played for 2 hours with no problems. So might be worth trying that if it still happens after you delete that file probably best to back that file up too before you delete it just in case.

you could also try the new nvidia 310.70 or the old 306 drivers...the beta ones seem kinda buggy.
