Stuck in "Connecting to Conflux" and Unspecified Network Error 0X80010004 | Forums

I just bought the game last night (HOMM6 Gold Edition).. I installed it smoothly and downloaded all the patches (currently @ 1.8) and updated UPlay but since last night after doing all the necesarry stuffs I cant pass the "Connecting to Conflux" so I just went to bed last night and this morning i retry to play the game but still im stuck with the Connecting to Conflux.. and tonight I retry again and i encountered an error "Unspecified Network Error 0X80010004 and still stuck at Connecting to Conflux.. i really just want to play this offline but it wont let me and the effing "Please login online atleast once" error always pop-up..i hope someone can help me

i also have problems to connect to the conflux, but my problem isn't that i can't play, i can play the game fine offline but i want to connect to the conflux to get the 100% of the game i bought.
in my case i just canceled the conflux connection and then i could play with no probs.

i would advise to contact technical support with this information then see if they can help you.
