My copy of Heroes VI: Gold Edition did not give me the DLC. | Forums

This happened to me too. Swede. Bought the copy at Webhallen, but received only one activation key.

Thing is, I threw away my receipt after I installed the game, since everything seemed to work fine. I thought that the Gold Edition DLC had been installed automatically! (There were so many patches and reinstallations and other crap). Does this mean that I'm screwed? Shouldn't a pic of the box and the code be enough? Will I seriously not get what I paid for because I threw away the receipt?! That makes so much sense.

I picked up Gold from steam today. I got my keys for the DLC just fine, entered them successfully, but I STILL don't have access to the DLC. I tried to enter the keys again, but it said they had already been used.

Like Ipersons, Ive just bought the Gold edition from steam today. I got my three keys for the pack, entered both DLC successfully, BUT the Might & Magic VI original content is locked! I cant play the original game, only the campaign of the DLC.

Ive written an question with some screenshots to the tech support... I didnt have the game before, but it said on steam store that Gold included might & magic VI. Am I wrong?

Same situation here. The content for the original isn't unlocking, for single player campaign, or for multiplayer use. The DLC's unlocked fine, any solutions forthcoming would be great, hate to waste money...
