    Ubi-Mush, dont you feel that your employer actually dont care much about helping their costumers? So many of us bought the gold edition and it seems there´s one common error. Being that the distributors *swear word removed* up when they packed the game box and forgot to put in the extra codes for the gold edition. But obviously, no company is gonna admit to such a screw up.
    They truly are making sure ALOT of us wont be even touching the next HoMM or any other Ubisoft release for that matter, If this is the kind of "service" we´ll get.

    This is beyond frustrating, there are bugs in the game, back from release date, that they´ve done nothing to resolve and now they´re throwing out another expansion. To me it seems like they´re just a money grubbing bunch wanting to make as much money off of us without bothering to make things run smoothly. I´m so disappointed with them, this game is one huge let down and a failure on their behalf.

    Soooooo... I wait almost 2 weeks for a reply and I get a "We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 48 hours since we sent you a response. Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to SOLVED."

    What the heck?? :S


    Why are they not solving the issue? Just dont wanna lose money.

    What is even more surprising is that this company is making more Heroes 6 DLC, No way im getting that though!

    Finally I was contacted from support and I was given a cdkey that should unlock both DLC's as intended originally. Will reply again in about 9 hours when I get back home to try the code.

    Popped in home whilst having lunch, the key worked. So my problem with the DLC is fixed, finally. I hope you other sufferers are persistent enough to get the DLC-pack you are missing. Thanks Ubi-Mush.

    This issue has been reported by me to Technical Support.

    Anyone else with this issue please ensure you open a ticket with Technical Support and reply to all emails they send you. They will automatically assume the issue is solved if no reply within 48 hours so please ensure you update the ticket before then.
