    Yep, Me and my brother bought the gold edition from CDON.com and both of us having the same problems as everyone else of you.
    The code do say: Might & Magic Heroes VI Gold Edition, Online keykode. Our boxes where sealed and everything in order. Only the core game, not gold edition! Hopefully we all get an answer soon.

    This is ridiculous. I registered the complaint in a support ticket, provided with THREE photos of the cd key labeled gold edition as well as proof of purchase, yet they insist that I take yet another picture of when I try to unlock the DLC ingame using the very same code! I've already tried that before and failed with the usual wrong code/used up code, but now since I can't access the game because I'm away I will have to wait for a few days before the issue can proceed. I'm getting really fed up with you guys. You seriously don't have the administrative tools to try to activate the code yourselves? I have to be the one to do it? I'm never buying another Ubisoft product again. I thought I'd give you a chance by buying this, even after all the bad things I've heard, but clearly I've made a mistake.

    This one misadventure certainly does shake ones faith.
    And it's more than unfortunate that it is us legitimate customers whom get the short end of the stick with all the Ubi DRM enforcement.

    same. i am a swede who bought from cdon have submitted a ticket with picures of cdkey and box
    got a mail saying "Hello Daniel

    Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Technical Support regarding Heroes of Might and Magic VI.
    In order to respond to this email, please update this incident (Please do not create a new incident).

    Could you please send me a digital image of each of the following:
    1) Your activation key.
    2) Proof of purchase.
    3) The barcode from the gamebox (if applicable)

    When we receive these images we will be able to help you further.

    I am also having this same problem, CDON-bought Gold edition activated as a normal edition in uPLay. Making a tech support ticket to ubisoft atm.

    I gues I'm lucky becausse got new key from ubisof-support, that seemed to unlock those two dlc.

    so I gues normal_version+2 dlc = Gold_version.

    How long did it take and what information were you required to give them? I made my ticked 9th January and I have yet to receive a single reply.
