My copy of Heroes VI: Gold Edition did not give me the DLC. | Forums

Can we please have an update from UBI on when this will be fixed? I purchased a product 2 days ago and still can't pay it!

Bought the Gold edition today, can play the two expansions campaign, but not the original game itself (which includes the main campaign, skirmishes, etc). This is still an ongoing problem I take it then, for more than just me?

I've had my ticket open since the 3rd and this is the response I got.

"Hi Hax.Pr3d,

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, as I'm sure it can be very frustrating. This is currently an issue we are aware of and have forwarded up to our development team. Please be aware that they are hard at work resolving this problem. I do not have a time-frame quite yet but will be updating you with further information once it is received. Thank you for your time and patience."

Great! Finally, issue was fixed! Now I can enjoy the game. Thanks to developers, who didn't leave us with that annoying situation.

I too baught the gold edition which is supposed to include dense macabre and pirates of the savage sea. The activation key inside the box says "might and magic heroes VI gold edition online keykode". After redeeming the code i got nothing. I can play the game itself but no DLC is included. I have been trying to get help with this for a few years now and am getting really frustrated. I want the content that i payd for.
