Yep, Me and my brother bought the gold edition from CDON.com and both of us having the same problems as everyone else of you.
The code do say: Might & Magic Heroes VI Gold Edition, Online keykode. Our boxes where sealed and everything in order. Only the core game, not gold edition! Hopefully we all get an answer soon.
This is ridiculous. I registered the complaint in a support ticket, provided with THREE photos of the cd key labeled gold edition as well as proof of purchase, yet they insist that I take yet another picture of when I try to unlock the DLC ingame using the very same code! I've already tried that before and failed with the usual wrong code/used up code, but now since I can't access the game because I'm away I will have to wait for a few days before the issue can proceed. I'm getting really fed up with you guys. You seriously don't have the administrative tools to try to activate the code yourselves? I have to be the one to do it? I'm never buying another Ubisoft product again. I thought I'd give you a chance by buying this, even after all the bad things I've heard, but clearly I've made a mistake.
