Yeah, my UPLAY also only show the basic, core Game - none of the fancy Gold Edition labeling or art.

It's bound to be some production error, definitely convinced now that more of my fellow kinsmen are popping up with threads reflecting over missing content.

Does this mean i got to scan in that paper with the code on it and send it in?

I live in norway and also ordered from CDon.com, but I have the same problem, the DLC content is missing, no CD key or CD in the box at all for the DLC content:S

Was this forgotten to put in or is this some kind of scam? Tired of having problems with Ubisoft games...

I live in Finland and have same problem.

Bought from CDon.com, but the box contains were one disc and localized quick start which had the gold edition code on it. but that only gave me standard version of the game.
and some other flyers (canyon, settlers online and duels of champions.)

I'm already opened ticket and send ubisoft my proof of purchase and scans from my keycode, receipt and disc. Hope it gets fixed soon

Yeah, same Issue here... CDON.com, swede, no dlc. This is ********. The box was sealed and clearly labeled gold edition everywhere. This is not an issue we should have to raise with the retailer as it's clearly you who packaged it with the wrong codes.

Im finn, experiencing the same problem. Made reklamation to DCON yesterday and now they're sending me a new copy of the Heroes VI, gold edition. Wont be holding my breath though, pretty sure its the same package lacking all the activation keys. I'll keep u posted when the game arrives.

Doubt it as well. I suggest you make a ticket and attach pictures of your CD-key, game box and game disc while explaining the issue. Ubi-Mush has a link to Technical Support in his signature.
