Leandros: "Could it be that you are every bit as deadly as the legends say? Or am I in charge of an army of drunks swinging sticks? There's nowhere to run now, Ezio!"

Ezio: "Not for me, and not for you!"

I'm surprised no one mentioned it.

    Achilles: Why do you fight?
Connor: Because no one else will!

The quote sounds better in the trailer, but I love it when Connor says that. It shows who Connor is and what he stands for.

Totally agree~! Noah Watts likes this quote as much as I do, among others too long to list here:

"I will not die today. The same cannot be said for you." :P

Pretentious as it may seem, I have many favourite quotes. This piece of dialogue would have to be among my favourite:

Ezio: Liberty can be messy, Ahmet. But it is priceless.

Ahmet: Of course. And when things fall apart, and the lights of civilization dim, Ezio Auditore can stand above the darkness and say proudly, "I stayed true to my Creed."

Haytham: Stuck!.. See if you can find anything to pry it open.....

Connor!... What are you up to!?

Oh!...No!... Don't do that!... There's no way of knowing what's on the other SII....

    IIDE!.. *SPLASH*

( Haytham and Connor breathing heavily )

    Connor: We do now...

    There are quite a few other favorite dialogues - funny, sarcastic and wise ones, but the lines I immediately can think of are definitely these;

Malik "Rest, prepare, cry in the corner... Do whatever it is you do before the mission. Only make sure you do it quietly."

Desmond "Hey wassa matta you Altair?"
    Rebbeca "That's racist."
    Desmond "You're racist."

    Malik "What news, novice."
Altair "I am not a novice!"

    Sofia "Who are you messere?"
Ezio "Only the most interesting man in your life."

And not from the actual games, but it always makes me laugh like an idiot when I remember
    "Just call 1-800-ASSASSINO".
