    Dear Champions,

    The guys from Support do a huge amount of work in answering all your tickets!
    Make sure you help them help you by following the different steps they ask you to perform below


    NETWORK ISSUE

    How to spot them :
    - Both players still have life points and suddenly there’s an automatic defeat
    - Crashes/Freezes in the Swiss Tournaments
    - Your timer is not synchronized with your opponent’s (you thought you had 5 secs left but on your opponent’s side it’s at 0 and you lose)

    How to report them:
    1) Stop right there, don’t launch another game!
    2) Go here: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\MMDoC-PDCLive\GameData
    3) Take the trace.log file and copy it to another safe place on your computer
    4) Go here: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\MMDoC-PDCLive\GameData\Replay
    5) Take your last Replay file
    4) Fill out a ticket, describing the bug as best you can, and attach the files along with it. They provide key information for our team to better understand the issue.

    LAUNCHER ISSUE

    How to spot it:
    - You’ll get an error message such as : ‘’Application failed to initialize’’

    How to report it:
    1) First try to uninstall and reinstall the game
    2) If that doesn’t take care of the issue, go here : C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\MMDoC-PDCLive\Logs
    3) Take the Launcher.log file
    4) Fill out a ticket including the file

    GAMEPLAY ISSUE

    How to spot it:
    - Cards don’t behave as they should as per description

    How to report it:
    1) Go here: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\MMDoC-PDCLive\GameData\Replay
    2) Take your last Replay file, if you did several games in the meantime, find the file of that particular game when the bug occurred
    3) Fill out a ticket, retracing your steps as best you can, and include the replay file, it allows the team to view your game and all cards in play and validate if there’s a bug
