Banned this means you're in the right way, i remember empire total war after release it was totally bugged and after 4 mounths the situation didn't emproved, so community began to do like in this and many users were banned, and they moved to other forums not driven by the company and continued their fight against CA/SEGA and after 8 mounths the game taken emprovements, and after all that fight CA were constricted to abandon their official forums hosted by yuku and making a new one by theirselves, because all the banned people of the forums wrote to the administration society of the forums and CA/SEGA got banned, nor just money, communities are made by persons, legitimate by the fact you're a honest and paying customer wich buy a product intended to be good by commercials, if it's not in many countries it can be considered defraud by the law and you can start legal actions

Ive tried to get my monet back for over 2 months now, untill now to no prevail.
Hopefully this will get some justice done for us.

Personally I don't really care if they get it fixed or not.
At this stage nearly all the players/would be players have left the game and moved on to others, so even if they fix it it will be pretty much doomed..
