Guys,
Look the last answer of Ubisoft that I totally disagree:
"Hello Bruno,
Unfortunately, as the screenshot of the error message shows no actual message, we will have to guess what is causing the issue. Also, the drivers for your motherboard and chipset are out of date, you may need to contact the computer manufacturer directly to download the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard and possibly for the BIOS. Please contact your system manufacturer for these two updates; as if they are not done correctly you can damage your system permanently.
There also may be a background program causing an issue with the game. Start by using the steps below to close some running background applications on the system.
1. Open your start menu and look for Run (Win XP), Start search (Win Vista), or Search programs and files (Win 7)
2. Delete anything on the Open line that you'll find there, and type in the word MSCONFIG and press the Enter key to bring up the system configuration utility
3. Look down the list of startup items (not the tab labeled Startup), and choose Selective Startup (if it is not already selected) (If you don't see this, make sure you've clicked on General, near the top of the window)
4. Once you've chosen Selective Startup, uncheck 'Load Startup Items'
5. Once you're done here, click Apply & OK, and let it reboot your computer
Try running the game again. If the game loads and seems to be working, the problem is most likely related to one or more programs you have scheduled to load with Windows. You can then revert the settings back the way they were, and in a trial and error fashion, disable some programs using the startup tab (in the msconfig utility) to try to find the culprit.
*Keep in mind that this is a temporary solution and any changes can be reverted by returning to the MSCONFIG utility and re-selecting 'Normal Startup"
And my answer:
"Hello,
Unfortunately, I have to disagree with you, there's a message. An empty box with SC5, do you agree?
It's very strange, because there's no other program running, unless the anti virus Panda Cloud. And I've already tested closing in the anti virus as well and closing all the programs unless the SYSTEM ones that I can't close.
I've tried to reinstall too and nothing. I have more than 10 games in my computer and no one of them have any errors include the Ubisoft ones. Sorry, but Ubisoft got to have a answer for my problem, because Ubisoft made the game, do you agree?
How can we solve that?
Thank you very much in advance."
I can't believe that Ubisoft simple it's saying to me that a game that they created, they don't know how to solve. I've updated all the drivers and made the things that I said in my answer. Very sad about this situation.
All the games that I bought from Ubisoft comes with a problem, and I solved every one of them and I don't believe this one, I won't.
If anyone can help me, I'll be very appreciatted.
Thank you guys.
