If I buy retail version of Rocksmith (PC), is it a Steam version? | Forums

I found a version of Rocksmith for around 30 bucks. Will I be able to register it on Steam and enjoy all these lovely achievements displayed in my profile, or is it without Steam?

Just make sure it's new. If someone already used the key code it will be permanently registered to them.
