    Uplay friend list is not connecting

    Today my uplay friend list decided not to show my friends at all and is just stuck on "connecting". Is there a way to fix this?

    I have this problem too. Also my save games will not synch, which is pissing me off since my save data for AC:R has mysteriously disappeared after my uplay updated. Really hope this gets fixed soon.

    If your AC:R save data mysteriously disappeared it might be like mine and moved to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<Random Number>\40\ I needed to copy it to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegame_storage\<random number>\40
    I have not tested to make sure that the cloud sync sees the games in the AppData location but at least AC:R sees them now and I don't have three blank locations.

    Also my Uplay is having the same connectivity problems and I can't seem to connect to Driver:SF multiplayer either.

    Why would they? It's clearly a widespread Ubisoft problem.

    Even if it is a widespread problem contacting technical support is still recommended as not only will they be able to troubleshoot with them, there may be varied reasons why this is happening, but also technical support can get an idea of how many people this is affecting.

    hello ppl is the issued fixed for anyone...............for me its still there and dont know when it will be fixed.....support reponded but it was a satisfying response..........so i further enquired.....hope they will fix it.........
