Just buy them all, else you just miss too much from the story anyway. sp is imo the most important part of the game, but if you really are only interested in mp, than revelations.

look mate.. its quite worthwile buying acb for PC as lots of people to play it still
its also getting quite popular again in the ac community and lots of good players are switching back and playing it

Yeah ACR multiplayer is just ridiculous, some modes are broken, the game constantly lagging. It's getting worse all the time.
Ubisoft your a big company that is well known and you can't even make a game without failing...
