Unable to link my gamertag in yourshapecenter.com | Forums

Arrrgh... I realised my email address was linked to my son's gamertag, so i created a new id with a different gamertag/email address. I'm trying to link it to my uplay account but it either suggests my son's gamertag, or when i log out & back in & try to link it, it says 'we are unable to complete your request please try later'....... this has been all day

Any ideas?

Support will have no problem unlinking your son's Gamertag.
After that, you can link whichever account you would like.
You can submit a support ticket or call us using the links in my signature below.
