    I hav eno idea why a key would be banned - but it's best to use the default methods of launching the games from now on, just in case it confused something,

    I have exactly the same problem - the key is blocked!!! What can be the reason??? Support is still not answered. I have not Steam version, before that there were problems with the key, I changed the properties of the shortcut,- uplay_steam_mode, has notified the technical support, and everything was fine until yesterday. What is happening?

    Still no reply from support. I really hope this gets sorted out...what worries me is that theres only like 2 or 3 of us with this problem, on forum that is, so guess its not that common....

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. Since yesterday I can't play the game...it says me the key is banned. I've never cheated in a game...my K/D is only 0,5 or so
    I play the game since 29.07. with the workaround for "key already in use" problem and it worked all the time.

    Support ticket is open...I hope the support ASAP given an answer .... I finally got paid for it and will play the game!!

    It is not clear why this happened to us? As far as I know, a lot of players changed the properties of the shortcut start after problems with a key, and normally play now! What's the matter???

    Yep my ticket still open and still no reply. Can maybe some admin ask what is the case with this error and maybe write it here so we can live in peace? Because its frustrating, being banned for nothing, sitting here bored and cant play.... Please, ubi modrator?

    I would like to note, that you're not the only one. I also have this problem. And also I do not own Steam version but Digital Deluxe from UbiShop, and was using shortcut command fix.

    My game was plagued by invalid cd-key straight after update to U(can't)play 2.0. Contacted support, got zero solutions from them, also steps taken by support were completely unnecessary and fishy.

    Never had problems with games nor software ( I'm computer guru/expert, whatever you want to call it ). Only latest titles from Ubisoft are one big mess.

    I already started to work on a full report for Commerce Commission to take a look on their practices. Because they treat PC gamers/users like common criminals.

    Support generally takes 24-48 hours to reply due to volume. If you don't hear anything after 48 hours is up, please PM me about it and I'll see what I can do.
