    What is the process required for refunds?

    Who do we talk to about getting our money back for this game? It is clear it is not working for anyone... If the moderators are here, can you help us out?

    I bought it at gamestop, the physical location not the web page.

    Then take a look at this:

    Looks life you have your receipt and the game is unopened then you have 30 days to return it. If opened you have 7.

    I have steam version, and ive already asked for refund.
    Didn't expect from Ubisoft such a poor support..
