I feel like I've been robbed by UBI. Never had any problems with any of their games in the past but this takes the biscuit.

However, he's wrong. What you're doing is legally called bank fraud. Contact the retailer, tell them you'll be returning it unopened for a refund. It's not your credit card companies problem, its the retailers here. Compassghost is right, you're wrong and acting like the "kids now a days" you're accusing him of. And no I'm not a kid, I'm a doctor in my mid twenties who finds you annoyingly hypocritical.

If you explain to the bank that you have been defrauded, and the retailer is not providing a refund, they will insure your purchase. This goes double if you used a credit card over a debit card. There's nothing fraudulent about what he's talking about, especially considering the sum of 50 dollars. It's up to his specific institution to provide customer service, but this is a common practice.

Note that this game was not beta tested on PC by consumers, this game was only tested by Ubi staff. And if things are bad then well.. whatever.. You could read the forum threads about problems and don't purchase, You chose to purchase so You made a mistake that is only Your fault.

If You want the game to be better, post constructive ideas or contact the tech support.

They'll be able to note Your issues with the game.

    Best wishes,

Actually it can be disputed as a faulty product which is a few week process.

I really think that they were close to scrapping this game but decided to release it anyway for some reason. This puts R6 patriots in a bad light and maybe should learn them to not put out games that should have never made it off the cutting board.

As far as I know R6 Patriots is a game already in development for the PC as well.
