I also have same crash. And also i didn't understand for what i pay!? i bought GRFS deluxe edition, 4 hour ago. And i cant use online options!? - it's very bad!!! After this i want return my money!!!
Hi guys i fixed this issue... Safe mode basically disables uplay overlay.. go to uplay settings and disable uplay overlay; you should be able to run the game now
