do they not realise what they are doing. taking money from us and releasing something that doesnt work! if this was ANY other product we would have cause to get a refund/replacement. and unlike other products, EVERYONE who purchases gets the same broken product. how can the game industry continue to get away with this when any other industry would be crucified for consistently releasing broken products. i dont mind a port, if its ported properly and not done lazily with no consideration for our hard earned cash that we hand over to you in the faith that you will give us something worthwhile.

Can you answer me as to how its not working for EVERYONE? I can play the game just fine and have been since it went live an hour and a half ago... so obviously i didnt receive this so called broken product you claim everyone got : /

Its not working for everyone cuz some places like Gamestop have yet to release it, 2 1/2 hours after steam (which let you preload) and the gamestop digital deluxe cant even be downloaded yet let alone even able to play

i get a random crash bug which says device is hung device is removed due to badly formed commands and then the game will stop working from that point..... + resolution and fps problems oh my!

Than that doesnt mean that the game itself is broken if other places (such as gamestop) are neglecting to release the game or put it up properly for others to get.. .

hey guys if you didn't know this...If you preorder a game through gamestop's impulse you should just be able to copy the cd key that came in your email form gamestop, and place that in steam and download it there.

If you are getting that error and you have your graphics card oced then you need to either lower your OC or raise your voltage on your graphics card, I lowered my OC and everything works fine now.
