Hey guys!

After weeks of watching youtube vids I'm so hyped right now I can't wait timing is great too since I'm officially on vacation as well! The "problem" is I live in Eu and have to wait until thursday, nonsense if you ask me. So I was wondering, any of you EU players will try to unlock the game at 1pm etc ( 18.00 gmt +2 where I'm from) with proxy/vpn on Steam? I've done it several times with different games and so far so good, no complains What's the Ubisoft POV on this? And also since vpn servers are usually with crappy connection and there's couple of patches on day one, it will probably be a bit of a problem to get 'em going.

Anyways, I just wanted to hear what rest of EU community thinks and I hope to test the game asap.

PS: If this works, I promise not to bother US citizens with MP, I just want to be able at least to play SP on release day.

Already doing it. It's not illegal so no worries, the only thing that would be illegal (tax fraud) is using the VPN to buy for cheaper than your country has it. But that would be to do with Steam and not UBIsoft.

I'm using FlyVPN which is really easy to use and free.

Why 40 mins? It's at 93% unpacked and has been going for about 15 minutes I think.

I have flyvpn too hehehe, worked for me steady but slowly from civ5 to bf3. And I'm from Norway so it's gmt+2

Hey Tiger, atm it seems that it's a normal version only, atleast for me, can't find any extra guns and headgear etc. Well, I was about to play SP for now anyways, since all servers are prolly in US atm and I don't wanna ruin their gaming experience.
