That depends where you purchased it.
Steam for example is unlocking at roughly 6PM UK time on Thursday.

Some stores "may" open at midnight - retail versions can be sold at midnight - if the store is open


Worth checking with your retailer


For digital versions, they can vary, due to the digital content provider - so you should check with them directly,

Steam still says 1 day and 1 hour for release, and I'm on the west coast in Canada.....soooooo not sure.

I am leaning towards a pre order from Amazon. Based on the information they've got it would be available for download 12AM PST or 3AM EST on the 26th.
