    Thank-you you for the compliment...lol

Far Cry 3 could have been 2012 game of the year, the scenario is great and everything about the campaign mode is great and exeptional Ubisoft Montreal is doing a great job BUT....Massive Sweeden is all the opposite....They took all the wrong decisions about multiplayer and co-op and fans ( i am not the only one....) Are frustrated and it could hurt alot the game score at it release, in a way....i am helping Ubisoft....Massive will derail FC3 off the track of succeess...and it could be not to late...critics will destroy the game at it release day if They dont do something...

    ALL FANS WANTS

    - Co-op must be free roam in all the archipelago, similar to Red dead redemption and with animals and vehicles
    - Editor must be limitless and with vehicles

I think you were being asked nicely to stop littering the forum with the constant BS

it must be this.... it must be that... It's not good enough blah blah blah

and you still feel the need to persist showing discontent and claiming that you speak for a large amount of people.... let's get this clear right away you certainly do not speak for me on behalf of anything.

Next time you post try to make it focused on accepting the facts than merely being all about you and how you choose to percieve yourself as some kind of spokesman on behalf of everybody.... i am not saying your opinion does not count but to keep on asdaulting everyone with your negativity is becoming drab....

Can we lighten it up a bit please

Of course not....there could be mini games and hostile residents can be fight or 2 vs 2 .. or Exploring and surviving wild animals...ask anyone who play red dead Redemption...or try it your self you'll see.....

Steve here is a scenario - we can not have everything because these old consoles simply can not handle it.
If we have some form of lighting in maps, water at split levels - ziplines, explosives, item physics and vehicles all maxed out in a user map on consoles it would be an unplayable lag fest.
Maybe the actual fact is that vehicles cripple resources on consoles so they left them out of all versions, they could not say PC can have them but consoles can't because that would be the mother of all backlashes.

I can't for one minute believe that vehicles hinder multiplayer - it depends on how the map is designed, also if the map is huge then it will take a long time to get around - if you get taken out then you won't get back to your team quickly unless the spawn mechanism is different where you auto take the closest spawn to your team (however ziplines could help players get around a large map)

Plus what is the point in having a lot of water if you can't ride over it - water will be used for 2 things, visual appeal and hiding / swimming in to flank around areas.
I admit no vehicles could be a worry for some but we can create maps that do not need vehicles.
My opinion is that the vehicles are so broken in FC2 that at one stage I refused to put them in my maps, the same went for ladders - however I learned to get around those issues and created some maps that used them and worked quite well.

How can you say though that Massive have done a bad job of the multiplayer - all you have seen so far is Sub Pen - there are 9 more maps to see, they increased the speed while walking and swimming and running looks to be beefed up, Load outs are now custom run so that is an improvement - and if you believe that the game will suffer with sales then you are mistaken, this will sell big for the single player alone - there will also be new people jumping on board who I am sure will love the multiplayer game, sure vehicles omission changes some maps and stops a percentage maybe building what they had on FC2, the same as losing Death Match mode and CTF - But we get Domination and Fire Storm and who knows what the secret 4th game mode will be, This game will sell on a big scale and make big money.

As for COOP - as said it is objective based, people go on and on about free roam but it could not be done on Consoles currently with the single player Island - having everything available like that - I am sure they would love to allow us all to have 16 players online on the whole Island but not on the consoles we have, maybe the next get ones - same as graphics, the PC looks to be so much better and so it should be.

I understand your complaints - you have passed them over long enough but it's getting old now - maybe we will get vehicles and maybe we wont but whatever happens just accept it, it's time to cut them some slack - they hear the complaints and are aware but that is in their hands - just sit back and wait now. (that's all I can say about it really)

Massive is doing an excellent job developing the Multiplayer and Coop.

All of this shoulda/coulda/woulda is unnecessary. Far Cry 3's Game Design is managed by professionals who have developed games such as Rainbow Six, Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell, World in Conflict, and Far Cry 2.

Please have some faith in the developers and their decisions.

Yeah guys, don't worry about the game, be happy it's coming out as entertainment and atleast giving you a new experience. You can't have everything you want in a game. I, in my opinion, am not THAT disappointed that there's not going to be free roam, but I'm glad everything else in the game is quite interesting and well, looks GREAT!

Would be cool indeed I always like coop type of game play, and free roaming is of course always good. Lots of options and just going your own way.

    4 player co-op campaign revealed

All you need to know about the newly revealed Far Cry 3 co-op campaign is here.

The co-op campaign will allow you to experience the island through the eyes of a completely different cast of characters, a wayward crew in their own quest to survive against the odds. Betrayed by their captain who sold their ship to pirates for a safe full of cash, these four crewmen spring to action in a quest for revenge and a desperate quest to regain the latest bits of their broken lives.

    Meet the team:

    • Callum, the Scottish thug.
    • Leonard, the crooked cop.
    • Mikhail, the Russian hitman.
    • Tisha, the ex-soldier.

The co-op campaign will include six levels (playable in any order) that will unfold the story of the rogue crew and cast a unique light on the island and its cast of insane characters. The campaign will be playable online or in split-screen mode.

The campaign will challenge you to accomplish missions with different objectives, from all-out assault to resistance. At some point you will also be in direct competition with your friends, with specific challenges that will allow you to rack up points and finish at the top of the ladder. To encourage team play, the co-op will also include six different Booster Shots that you can give to your teammates. Boosts can only be delivered by interacting with another player and cannot be self-administered.

Although it plays with different characters, the co-op is also rooted into the game universe, and the experience and items you will unlock in this mode will enrich your whole game experience.

you said free roam could not be done on Consoles currently with the single player Island BUT how the hell Rockstar did it with read dead redemption than....

and finally....you now know everything that fans would really want in the editor and co-op mode....you ask us to trust Massive Devs.......OK....Lets see ya at the finish line...on september 4...

on the week following FC3 release, i will give you my impressions and i will not hesitate to tell you .....'' I TOLD YOU '' if you mess up with a 7/10 score because of the editor/multiplayer and co-op mode....!

    Good luck..!
