At least they have clarified some things, XP support (which is coming - later) no LAN and no split screen. There is a few new screens in there, but still no video.

I don't really care that's its delayed, delays happen, but what a joke it is that they've announced the delay 6 days before release. They've obviously known that it was being delay for a while now. No one over there is taking this release seriously.

I'm really afraid as well. I hope they will take things seriously, make an awesome and almost flawless game and make it playable for the most of us. Actually I don't mind the delay, but yeah, being delayed 9 days before release is not a good marketing tactic. I hope the XP support will be up soon after release, that's quite a game-breaking issue for a lot of players. I'm not a whiner or anything, but with this delay, it would be really nice if they'd give us something special, something exclusive.

Developers, I hope You are taking Your time to make this game a good game, not just because You no longer care about PC gamers. I suppose that isn't even an option, since Ubi cared about us ever since.

But please, make some PC footage, it would be really nice! We could see what You've been working on on the PC version.

Interestingly the new announcement no longer mentions the "Extended party functionality." Though this could have just been an oversight, hopefully not something they've dropped. I would still like clarification on what that is.

I would like to know what the status of the following things are in the PC version of the game.


1. Weapon balancing and bugs that were identified/tweaked in the console beta/release, have these been carried over to the PC build?
2. The console build's day one patch, addressing various bugs. Have these issues already been fixed in the PC version?
3. The console version has patches coming out soon, are these fixes already in the PC build? And if not when can we expect them? Ideally it would be at the same time as the console builds.
4. I'd also really like an official word the the Arctic Strike DLC for PC, is this going to happen, and if so whats the time frame?

Yeah, the trademarked, copyrighted and licensed word.. soon... Well, they confirmed that PC footage is coming soon, I take that they will make one before release, and that's good for me. I'm satisfied with the announcement's informations. Well, only the XP stuff is a bad thing for me.. I have to buy Windows 7 OS.. For a lot of reasons.. well, good things is that they will make XP support patch, so we will have more players to play with!
