I logged again today, still nothing, although I noticed one mistake in my previous report, namely that I already had the Crusader, since I had the Collector's edition.

When I log in the single player game, however, while "Outfits" in the menu has the exclamation mark that usually accompanies a new entry, only "Desmond", "Old Altair" (both unlocked in normal gameplay) and "Locked" appear.
There is also nothing that would indicate either having or being able to buy weapon upgrades from the in-game stores.

I also do not have any exclusive content except the jester.

Also, I have special edition UK which comes with the Turkish Assassins Armour and now this has been removed!

I understand that they have made a mistake, along with them not giving us the Armour of brutus, capacity upgrade and Crusader skin, so I would like for them just to fix it quicker instead of me just raging and flaming on their thread.

I too logged in every day and haven't got ANY exclusive content apart from today's rewards (jester, emblem symbols etc.) the past 3 days has had me annoyed as I was looking forward for Vlad the implar sword (as it is the only weapon i haven't bought/got) and other skins/outfits

please fix this fast or at least send a message round saying that are exclusive content will come to me soon

I didn't get anything either, but it removed my Altaïr armor outfit. I want it back. Please? :S

Edit: I restarted the game (from the xbox menu) and voila, it was all there, gifts, outfits and everything

Did not work for me and i am also on ps3. I did have the arnor of brutus before the e3 gift but now it is missing

I'm having the exact same problem.... I've started Sequence 5 (most of these rewards are available after sequence 2) and none of these are available to me. I submitted a ticket and they said the answer was found here on the forum or at the page that just tells me to look at my inventory (duh, it's not there). -_-

I'm on PS3, I don't have any outfits, no Crusader, no new weapons, no new bag upgrades. What's the deal? I've played the past 3 days and nothing. I've logged in and out of multiplayer many times. I've logged in and out of Uplay through AC Revelations many times. The only thing that could hint at me having gotten rewards is there are two outfits that just say "Locked". Obviously I can't use them though.

It being the 7th today just kinda bugs me more about this.

Here's a useful link on our Support page that explains where to find each of the unlockables: Where do I access my exclusive content?

As long as you launch the game this week, it should be unlocked (no code to enter), but please note that some are not available right from the start. The easiest to check is the multiplayer Crusader skin. We're also checking on our side, but let me know whether or not you can find this content.

Try not being connected to the internet... You don't get anything.

This stuff just annoys me. I can't even access the extra outfits after I start up the game. I have to exit to the main menu, go to multiplayer and then get access to them.

I will let you know, 7th june i played AC:R but i didnt saw some of the unlocks. It could be me but i cannot find them saved somewhere else (uplay profile or something) ... Also this weekend i will run AC:R from my gaming pc.

I've been having the same problem with the outfits. I played yesterday and they were there but today I get on and I have a "!" next to "Inventory" and "outfits" and I find that all I have is the Desmond outfit and a locked one (Old Altair I think? Finishing Sequence 3 so haven't unlocked it yet).

I was able to complete Vlad's tomb and still have his sword in my inventory, I also have the container upgrades (+2 bullets, +1 bomb, etc.) so I'm wondering where the outfits went?

Xbox 360 version. Thanks.
