ranked up to 11 rank play event get 2 encores did good get score go to next event and at the top yellow bar not showing or moving up
so play another event still no yellow bar what happen? how will i rank up or is 11 the last one?

I believe you can do any event in master mode at any level if you've mastered the songs and replace them into your event list.

yes but can you do whole event 3 song 7 song in a row? or just one at a time

You can do a whole event. From the main Journey view, move the control to the left to get to the Event menu. There, you can replace all the songs in your event with songs you have mastered, and it will turn into a Master Event. Qualifying is 150K for MM songs.
