Because the online community of fps/tps gamers have proven that they are not responsible enough to have them tracked. This goes for all games, not just Ghost Recon (COD especially)
So sick and tired of playing with/against little babies who think that camping for kills is a good idea. People who want to brag at the end at how they got x more kills than me, but still managed to lose the game and get only half my points.
I was then thinking that myself. On a game like GR why on earth is the kill death ratio included in the stats rather than a win loss ratio. It's beyond belief that so many players are oblivious to anything other than kills. I know it's mostly down to playing with randoms but FFS people. Grow a ****ing pair! LOL.
Now I can handle losing, games that are a close battle and they are good, but there are some games I just have to leave. Games where I find myself 1st/2nd on my team against an average team and we are still losing. There is just no hope.
seriously, you can tell this game was thrown together, i like how it the gunsmith app it lets me know how many deaths i have, not kills... deaths....
and the games goes on about how everyone is doing better than me. i dont really care, (even if the information is wrong lol). you put information like k/d and this game because COD. if the only state we have to brag about is w/l then we would probably see a lot more objective playing team member.
i sure hope that they can still fix all this mess, i couldn've waiting a bit longer for a much more polished game.
Okay, so you're sick and tired of people worrying about their KD ratio, when they already lose and get less EXP than those who don't? That's like complaining about people who run around the map not doing anything, expecting them to be punished somehow. Let them do as they please. If you're still winning, and still getting more EXP, there's nothing to complain about. Get over it.
Part of his complaint is that he's already getting more wins. Which makes no sense at all, if you ask me.Originally Posted by L0STMYMRBLES Go to original post
Because 1 person can only backpack so many people doing it. I've been in games with a friend or two where I honestly didn't know I had anyone else on my team because they were all sitting in the back with snipers doing nothing. See, its a two way street. I don't mind if the other team wants to be useless, but I do mind if mine does.Originally Posted by NightKrowe Go to original post
If I had to choose I'd rather have everyone playing for the objective than no one.
Win or lose some people are sick of the parasite mentality. Do nothing to help your team but still get the win because of the work of others. There is a guy on the forums who brags about never playing the point because he gets more points running around stunning, hacking, and then never killing anyone because he gets more points that way. Then there are the people who don't care about XP or winning and just lay down the entire match sniping at areas what there are never control points in their POV.Originally Posted by NightKrowe Go to original post
It was a suggestion on how to get people to actually play as a team instead of playing for themselves. The game tries better than any other game to reward teamwork but it fails in certain instances.
You will notice he does state that people on his team and against him are doing it. You do realize there are "CRAZY" people out there that look for a good even competitive game instead of grinding substandard people to dust right?
By letting them do as they please they are making the game less enjoyable. They are sitting in their spawn camping and getting kills while I am at the objective with nothing to do than to stare at the wall. I could also get more xp from obj denials if they would just grow a pair and play objectively.Originally Posted by NightKrowe Go to original post
