I think this game is in need of a hard difficulty, This game should be pretty hard, it just fits the setting.

i;ve heard it is a pretty game. WTF is far cry 3 recommended the hard difficulty.. I'm hoping that the ai will be more perceptive in hard because it seems like they are pretty idiotic when it comes to stealth play. I'm hoping my archery based character will have his skills tested in hard mode.

From what I've heard from videos the game is fairly easy when not on hard mode.
That's all the information I have, hope I helped a little tiny bit? or more

    *sigh*
Ubisoft said they wanted the game to be a pick up and play type of game...they could have done this without making the game too easy. I mean, it shouldn't be that easy to take out three pirates.
Hopefully on the PC it will be better...
    Oh well

I play on Hard mode (Warrior) and on a PC where you are not disabled by your aim, this setting is just fine.
Could be a little harder but Normal (Adventurer) would feel like you are Rambo from the start, even worse on easy (survivor).

(The first outpost I took aside from the one in the Tutorial took me about an Ingame day and about 5 tries. Satisfying but not really hardcore.)

playing through the 'Witcher:2' hardest mode and enjoy having to think it through .Its not impossible or luck will progress the player its all about thinking out each area of attack - like braking a line of CODE that is surrounded by many codes . I hate difficulties that feel fake and overpowered - difficulties that feel intelligent only work for me .

I am playing it on the normal of the 3 settings, now I have some guns and perks going up against bad guys isn't too hard unless you get overwhelmed or caught off guard.

The real danger on even normal is animals, a pack of rabid dogs etc can kill you if you're not careful, and stay away from tigers etc lol I went across a river to a new area and was just watching one eat one of Vass's pirates, then suddenly from the corner RARRR I get eaten. I saw a peacock looking bird, I felt bad that I was gonna kill it then it started kicking the crap outta me with it's claws and chasing me :b

So far, highly enjoyable game. Just needs to allow vehicles on shared maps.

Anyone with the final game copy know if the Hud is disableable? It just looks stupid to me and I don't see a reason to use it

I don't even think I want the game if you can't disable the on screen Hud
