    sports preparation workouts

    Alright I know I am somewhat athletic but is it me or are even the basic workouts nuts! I ended up doing I believe the 3rd one which was like 30+ mins and my god! I was on the floor for a good 5 mins after. I tried the wallbusters afterwards just to loosen back up and was just flinging around limbs....

    Yes those are tough. I was glad I warmed up with some easier routines before I really tackled any of those.
