here's a transcript of a post from few days a go from here, also the ipad, iphone uplay app has the rewards listed that is how I purchased the M60 and rpk about a week ago, Incidently you can't use them in the beta (I tried)

Sure here is scc video which details how uplay works, which most players in beta may have. All you need to do is change the tab under the rewards on most ubi full retail releases since scc.

Go to ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com and sign in using your UPlay account info, then on the main dashboard of the site, on the right hand side nav panel is a option that says: "GR Network Unlocks", click on that and it will load up the entire list of goodies you can get, those from using UPlay Points, and finding codes in GR Alpha, Warmongers, on the back of an energy drink, etc. It also details the map which is going to be an extra one for Guerilla mode, not the actual Multiplayer. Check it out though and get all the info you guys need. Hope this helps!

I don't know what the theme's like, but I'm going to buy it soon. and yes, the double unlock is one use, but i think you can buy it as many times as you want.

I've bought the theme but I can't install until full game's out
But I mean you buy the thing, unlock both of the things at one unlock point, then buy it again and repeat.

I don't think you can rebuy it, not sure though.
