    SILENT VICTORY - The Movie

I just finished watching this movie. It's a narrative of the Pacific theater in WWII, using strictly archival footage, and interviews with some of the still surviving crew members...It gives a very good review of the whole theater which helps put our missions and patrols in a historical context, as well as descriptions of life onboard the subs.

If you're interested, I purchased my copy in Amazon ($9.95, I think). Best ten bucks I've spent in a long time.

If it's the 2 DVD set in a blue steel embossed box, yeah, I got it too at a local grocery story for about $4.99.

Oops, I erred. Mine isn't the movie. It's a 2 DVD documentary about the WWII U.S. Fleetboats. Same name though.
