    exercise list for Your Shape

    Hello Folks,
    Any way of obtaining an outline of which exercises are included in which workouts? I could log this as I go but was hoping there might be an official list so as to pick more favorite workouts. Thanks!

    A good idea! We could compile such a list under this thread. Unfortunately, I have at present only the details for two exercises of YSFE 2012.
    The calorie information is relating to my profile data (age: 57, weight: 80 kg (176 lbs.), height: 186 cm (6.10 feet), gender: male). The training level is "Olympian". However, I could not detect any effect on the exercises so far.

    Okay I can add a few from this morning's workout, though this is not my entire workout for the day. I have chosen not to include calorie burn with my lists as this can vary a great deal from person to person. There is no one correct amount of calories burned for each workout session.

    This post contains Arms 100% A, Arms 100% E, African Rhythms Class 1 - Rehearse it and Yoga Class1 - Develop it.

    Arms 100% A - 2minutes

    Only one routine
    (floor exercises)
    Knee pushups
    Slow mountain climb
    Triceps knee pushups

    Arms. 100% E - 12 minutes

    5 routines

    (routine with weights)
    Reverse fly lunge
    Triceps skating
    Reverse fly lunge

    (floor exercises)
    Pushups
    Up & Down plank
    Triceps pushups

    (routine with weights)
    Biceps combo lunges
    Dumbbell X
    Biceps combo lunges

    (floor exercises)

    No it is not possible to skip, but you can pause between exercises to give you a chance to write things down

    That's only true in case of some faulty exercises, e.g. in Boot Camp. Stepping away from an exercise or pausing within an exercise normally stops calorie counting. YSFE 2012 only counts time and calories while real activity.

    I meant the "after floor exercises not counting calories" bug. Anyway, I start workout now, and I blog it here. Stay tuned.
