    I have tried everything that is described on UBI thread about issues with multiplayer and nothing works. I have H6 installed both ways from CD and them put 2.1 patch and other way downloading over 10GB"sic" from Uplay and got version 2.1 installed.
    I can't connect to Conflux - I sat for 2 hours opposite my screen and there was only message "connecting with Conflux" and no error message there.
    I would really like to play as I bough all 3 DLCs recently and I can't play them without Conflux connection...
    Please help - My ticket (in Polish) is #01006457.

    Simply idiotic...

    İ played game before online used my heirlooms. But now my key dont work. I se my key on uplay i played before my achievements are all there with their dates. But still my game is not online, and why i need to see upgraded shade of darkness interface even i dont have it... Help me please Ubisoft Support Ticket: 01065423

    My 20 hours of multiplayer experience have been nothing but connection time-out, retry, connection time-out, retry, success > next day connection time-out, retry, connection time-out,connection time-out,connection time-out... you get the deal. For me and all my friends it's like this all the time.

    Why is it always games with Uplay involved that have these problems?
    And how are we supposed to enjoy multiplayer? It's too random! You can't blame ports or internet connection because we have none of these issues with other clients like Steam for an example. But as soon as you need Uplay...well.

    This game have been around for almost three years now with your latest expansions last year and this problem still exist. How can you seriously guarantee your customers that these problems will not be the same with new games like The Division or Watch dogs? Considering those games seems to be more or less dependent on multiplayer, shouldn't we be really worried if Uplay is required? I am! And it's a deal breaker for me.

    Splinter Cell, Settlers 7 and HOMM. All the games i've tried with Uplay never works the way it should.

    It's a shame really since these are great games.

    So, do you guys know when they/you plan to fix Uplay? Are there any plans that you might share with us? It's really horrible at the moment, I'm sorry but that's the truth.

    THE Solution for "Out of sync" problem

    Hello I read several days ago on another forum that the problem "Out of sync" is from dynasty weapon but I didn't believe that at this moment. But today I tried again to load a multiplayer saved game that I couldn't finish in the past and I remove the dynasty weapon on my heroe before to finish my turn and then SURPRISE !!! no "out of sync" problem and I can continue the game normaly even if the next turn, I reattached the dynasty weapon. I tried also to change dynasty weapon instead of remove it and this solution works also. But I noticed that if the saved game linked to the turn of the second player and not with the player who load the saved game, it is impossible to continue the game and there are always out of sync.

    I'm really happy to find this solution and I wish that it will work also for you!!!

    Is this some kind of joke? Port range is 0-65535 and everything beyond that simple DOESNT EXIST! I have serious doubts about the professionalism of your support team after such a ridiculous solution.

    Solution/Fix Found for every error!!

    Hello Guys.

    Tonight i found the solution for the pesitant problem all have in Homam 6 when trying to connect to online game. Or simply starting the game up, i experienced all problems there was and i found solution for everyone of them.

    Conflux Error " Username Wrong "
    if you get "Username Wrong" in Conflux its because Uplay didn't update your username on the different platforms that Uplay works on, the problem is that Uplay bought alot of its systems from different game developers. Its born to be trouble for everyone. The Solution to this is as follow. Contact Uplay United Kingdom, ask them change your account username to default, the answer you will get is that they can't. Cause its not just that simple, i told them the solution would be simple i make a new account and i name it something from the start, this is important you DONT change the username or the password EVER again! Now you will get Uplay to reinburse your account with a new serial, and delete your old accounts heroes 6 access or delete the game from the old account.

    Conflux Error " Incorrect Password "
    This error took me a while to figure out, its actually not that complicated at all. Its very basic error, the solution is simple. I bet you change you username or you password atleast once right? This is the error, the Conflux server takes your serial code and bind it to the current Username & Password that is currently used on the account as SOON as you enter the serial and download the game So if you change either of these afterwards, your basicly ****ed. But the solution is simple again, contact the friendly Uplay support at United Kingdom or call the Danish support during the opening hours. We figured out the solution for this problem together, or i told them what to do hehe :P

    Error: Out of Sync?
    This is EASY FIX, remove dynasty weapon from your character, i know its good and you played with it all the single player and your think now you have and advanced over your friends. But you don't the ONLY thing dynasty weapon will do in either Hotseat Multiplayer Arena whatever is making giving error "Out Of sync" and you lose ALL your gameplay and have to start over. Dynasty Weapons is bugged and the servers dont know how to connect each weapon and see what lvl each individual player have so it makes the easy error called "Out of Sync" cause it cant see what the player.. Disable it and remove it from all heroes you have it equiped even in main menu when you look at your hero, TAKE it off it will make the game crash!

    Trying to connect to your friends? Getting this error? "Connection timeout"
    Okay okay, THIS was a lame error, this has Nothing to do with the game it self, cause the game gets your username and password via Uplay. Then it takes the username and password and send it to Conflux, wich let i pass if step 1 & 2 are done as writen above. Now comes the fun part, i wanted to join my 3 friends that are scattered around my country, 2 of them live together, right so i noticed something here, one of them could make a game and the other one could join but the other could not. Hmm this was strange cause it happend even on local, so i thought to my self. Go to your network settings, and find your connection either LAN or Wireless, go to adapter settings. Right click on the active one that connects to internet, and go to find the thing called IP 4, click this on and edit it. If you have custem DNS writing in here you should delete it and set it to automatic instead. Save and then exit, if there is no more things to install in here. You lose nothing trying to installe more moduls for your internet connecter. Now i will try to connect monitoring the connection with TCPview. Before i tryed to join i had my router open all these ports "takes 5 minutes " [TCP & UDP] 443, 3074, 24650, 24659, 27050, [TCP] 13000, 13005, 13200-13999 REMEMBER TO SET IT FOR YOUR OWN IP!!! This is very important, cause if you dont use portward for your own ip then it wont work Save settings in router and restart via control inside the router. This is first step. Now log into Uplay account, don't start the game yet. On the top right site there is a little icon wich takes you to control panel, you there go to the tap called "Network", and if the option to use Proxy is set, then you disable it!. There is absolutely no reason to use a proxy, this will only cause error in your error log. Now exit Uplay again. Go to your windows firewall, choose Heroes 6 and Uplay and allow them both access via firewall, accept changes and exit firewall. Now go to Msconfig (this step is not important at all i think) but just do it to make it work then reenable what you had. Under the tap called "Start Up" you disable everything in there except your antivirus . If you antivirus control your firewall you need to enable Heroes 6 and Uplay via this instead of windows firewall ofcause. Now there is only 2 steps left Your probaly allready tried starting the game and therefore you found out this error right Go to your documents folder on windows, there should be a folder called "Heroes of might and magic 6" right? Delete this folder! and remove it from your computer completly, it will come back again after you start the game again, you will lose nothing everything you need comes from Conflux server. Now you open Uplay with administrator right, you choose heroes and push play. Here comes the tricky part Now push the top where your xp bar is, this should show your account with favorite heroes and ****, your favorite heroes MUST NOT have ANYTHING DYNASTY TRAITS, PETS, WEAPONS!!!!!! If it has them on your heroe you have as "Favorite Heroe" Then remove them from ALL your heroes, its important you go in on them and pushe the little "X" and totally removing them from the character you want to play with as your favorite heroe
    Now exit the game again, now just push Play again in Uplay and go directly to the multiplayer screen, choose any game you want, now some of them should say "different version" but this only happens if you have complete edition as i do. And they dont. But the important thing is you can join ANY game you want now Enjoy guys and girls, love to see the multiplayer screen with alot more games from this day forward. And to Uplay, cant you just get af game developer to Remove Dynasty from the game? This is the main cause of trouble and it is ruining the game for every hardcore player out there. If i was not super computer genies i would now have know what to do. But i hope you fix this error and remove the stupid Dynasty Weapon, Traits, Pets from the game for good. I want the game to be like Heroes of might and magic 3 and its like that. You just put in Dynasty weapons and traits and pets to pimp up the game but it actually destroyed the perfect game you made I play everyday with my friends now and you should to, just delete all those dynasty things you came up with. We just wanted Heroes of might and Magic 3 gameplay with better Grafix!

    Thanks for reading this, if you got any problems let me know, i fixed all these errors on 5 different computers now. And all of them is currently playing Heroes Of Might And Magic 6 with me

    I have similiar issue. When I try to connect to conflux, the loading wheel just keeps spinning for eternity. I can log in on my friend account on my computer, and all works flawlessly. I think that uplay and conflux just fail to synchronize, or to make me an account on conflux. Don't know what to do with it, support isn't answering yet.
