I'd appreciate you to make use of at least some punctuation, to show a sentence to be finished and to structure your thoughts.
Take you time - this is no online chat but a forum. Try to ensure someone outside your head will have a chance to understand what you are talking about.
As far as I understand, you expect the game to accept your quests to be finished, but it shows some incomplete missions. Obviously you didn't complete the ordered tasks or the game may be somehow corrupt.
Enlighten me with a new try to tell me what your problem is.

Firstly please forget about my last post to you all is sorted but can a novic request a bit more help if possible firstly in the start are you able to change your sub at will or given a small selection if not were or when can you get Radar upgrade soner from the 360Deg swep etc I know you can upgrade when in sub pen if items are available but othere times is it possible ?
When you click on the cross to get your info is it a case of putting your own inturpratation on what to do and go ?????
IN the Norg capain it asks you to photo Con Norvig or something like that but How do you know you have completed 100% I photo from start to finish in the harbour but do not know if I completed it ok or correctly I have also got all my ship quota for in the blue circle ok but the prob is War ships by this they do not want Dest or Frig but Capital ships so are they counting Norg Terr water from the vey south down past bergen to your etnerence of the blue circle if so its the same prob locating and I have tried to do my swearches as if Capital ships are leaving Scotland and accross what do you think or suggest ?

a) fine b) sure c) no change no selection d) earlier radar upgrade only by modifying the game data itself e) ???? don't understand question - follow orders! f) take photos of ships inside Narvik/Bergen/Trondheim harbour - done g) blue circle quota done=fine
h) search for capital ships within ordered zone check radio messages ask your hydrophone operator to search for something means to search this may take some time be patient and make full use of your sensors

Please accept apoliges over my messages, I will try and correct.
Firstly doing recon on Narvic as per mission request I go in and press F2 for carama , a small camara apears on the small scree lower left I am also projected outside the sub for view and I press F3 to capture the selected area by moveing the camara around with the mouse, this I do a number of times for different area's of Narvic Harbour as per Reconrequest. On this item I never know or am informed if this section is completed as per mission and am I doing this correctly.? I might add the instructions with the game are not full of How to do certain things.
Your suggestion on the soner getting him to locate a what you require, how is this done ? this I have No Idea on how to do or even start, as nothing in Instruction booklet at all about this its the same as Narvic Harbour the game states Recon Narvic Harbour as I have said to you I went in went round the complet harbour takeing photos.
I think the final problem I have is with the Captain log when I click on emblem top right I get a sheet indecating what ships etc I have sunk this mission also If I want to send message to BDU etc messages sent or received saying Convoy location but I can bring nothing up about Captain messages his eyes only or secret instructions etc and it shows it in the small manual but not how to get it or even open the messages recevied.
The othere point and other players must get it in the mission sinking of Captial ship in Norg Terr waters I have managed to log onto 1 or 2 but they are moveing away far to fast and its impossible to catch up unless you surface then the destroyers come for you so you submurgenthen its far away I tried for over a hour non stop looking for a way to catch up with course changes surfaceing etc etc but it seems as if you can not get close to it at all anybody any idea's over this.
I hope that this is a lot easier to understand for anybody who has any idia about the above probolem I am going through.
