    Can't log in (AC:R and AC:B)

    I have the Steam versions of AC:B and AC:R.

    When I try to start up either one, the launcher takes a while "checking for updates", then presents me with a login screen. When I try to log in, it hangs for a minute then tells me services are unavailable.

    Is this related to http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...48#post8127948 ?

    Is there a way around it so that I can at least play single player? It seems ridiculous that I can't play single player games without logging in to some server that's not going to be up all the time.

    Yeah, I'm getting that too. Bought it at the precise moment the servers went down! Would, of course, be fine if I'd already registered it but it does say that UPlay is out so that's buggered.

    Does anybody have any info at all on when they're back up?

    twitter says it is back up, and the Uplay website is running again...but still can't launch the game, same problem as described above
