List of work outs to do for the day

I have done searching on this forum but not having luck.

I am new and still trying to get down this game. Yesterday I did 2012 for the first time. I entered that I wanted to do a work out program to no longer be a couch potato and loose weight. The work out was 3 times a week for 30min. I remember it showed to do so many warm ups, then work outs, and then cool downs. I went to into the game today to do my 1st workout. I could not find what I was suppose to do other then a 30min work out.

When I use to do a gym about 3 years ago I would go into there with a work out program that would be done per their website that showed me my activities for the day. I am trying to find something like this for this game. I played the game for about a hour today but only got credit for a 13min workout. I know I am doing something wrong.

How do I know what I am suppose to do for my work out each day?

    Thanks for your help.

This has been mentioned in a number of other threads... Once you've set yourself a goal certain exercises will be marked with a blue flag. If you move across the main screen through the Activities, Workouts, and Classes you should see these. For example, you may see a blue flag next to "Abs" in the Workout section. However, when you select "Abs" you will see that certain exercises within that area have blue flags. You must complete those designated exercises for it to count against your goal. In other words, it is not sufficient to select an Activity, Workout, Class marked with a blue flag, you need to select the designated exercises within those areas which have blue flags.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you that does a lot.

I did see the flags. So that explains those.

Just wondering how do I know what ones are warm up and what ones are cool down's?

YSFE 2012 does not contain any actual cool downs unless you purchase the Cool Downs DLC. However some people like to use the Zen classes as a cool down. There are Warm Ups labled in the activities section. The warm ups may or may not be included in your blue flagged objectives.

Kinda sounds strange...but I kinda like doing to Humana 13-minute workouts as cool-downs. Nothing too extreme, and relatively easy exercises. Fun stuff!!!
