I put in a support question and was told basically thank you for telling us - goodbye. When in reality, if someone had come back and asked me some more in depth questions about what was happening, they'd have been able to tell me what was going on and it was user error. I learned what I needed to learn all on my own though - which is pretty much what we are expect here in the forum with Nano. Ubi should really value her for providing something they just aren't. I have no faith at all that if I were to put an issue through that channel, it would be correctly cataloged and in time addressed. They probably have a million pointless tickets swimming out there like the one that I put in that aren't even issues but they have no way of going back to the original submitter to ask them more identifying questions on what is going on.
Plus, I know from reading the backlog of forum posts here that they are well aware that their goals here all revert to 3 days in length and have been for a long time. As this is a website issue and not a game issue, it would be easy to fix and not require a new release. If they cared, it would've been fixed a long time ago. How long has YSC been active? Have the features clearly have not even been started in having coding behind them. It does make it frustrating. People ask me what I think about YS and I say honestly - I both love it and hate it at the same time. The basic purpose of the game is well done - it provides a more interactive workout video. But it makes me want to cry with all the bugs and lost opportunities for stats and motivation features. It is so silly it is stupid how motivated I am to move a line up or see my stats build, but that is human nature and the fact is that I AM motivated by that and it has not been tapped into by YS nearly enough.

Just to add my tuppence worth... When I submitted the question to support about the Goals resetting to 3 days problem they answered with a standard list of 'auto response' answers that didn't address or resolve the problem at all so I re-submitted my question as per the link on the response only to receive virtually the same response a day or so later. I've re-submmitted again with the words 'Still unresolved!!!' and will keep doing so till I get fed-up... Because we all know that we'll get fed-up before they do!
