    Best Way to Submit Feedback?

What would be the best way to submit feedback to Ubisoft? Of all the contact information provided, none of it seems to relate to providing any kind of feedback. Is this forum the best place for those in charge to see feedback, or is there another avenue? I did a search but didn't find anything related.

Spam the moderators and community managers with private messages.

I think the only way you could get anything through to a company with a thick head like Ubisoft .. the best method would be to bend them over and stick your finger up their a$$.. heck do that to them anyway just because of the way they treat their customers. Please don't. Spamming is an offense on these forums. Plus, being an unpleasant individual to deal with is not the best way to open a line of communication with anyone.

We do read the forums, and the forum managers create weekly reports on fan feedback off these forums that go straight up the ranks to the head office in France. Just because we don't always reply specifically to every one of the thousands of comments we get every day, doesn't mean we don't read them. Rest assured that Ubisoft is very much aware of what people are saying.

To answer the OP's question: If you want to leave feedback, the forums are good. You can also contact technical support (which is best if you're having a technical issue). You can also tweet us @Ubisoft and @UbisoftUK.
